He has an affinity and aptitude for working within highly-regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, and financial services.

Van Lai-DuMone is the founder and CEO of Worksmart, where she works with HR professionals to supplement their training programs and works with teams in transition to develop team trust, communication and collaboration during times of change.
