Consultant Allies members meet in small group Roundtables to understand each others' work and share ideas for managing and growing a practice.  

This Sales Club Roundtable is best for members who want to collaborate with other members on client proposals and project expansions to provide solutions members couldn't offer alone.  Members share with each other based on lessons learned in their own practice execution and tools from experts in the area of practice management. The group meets on a consistent basis to deepen their relationship while understanding each others’ expertise and provide ongoing ideas, tools, feedback, and accountability. 

This Roundtable's focus includes:

  • Identifying ways to understand what are all of the client's needs to have a more complete proposed solution
  • Work together as members to create a strategy and tools to discover those needs that all members can use
  • Based on the needs identified propose to clients together as members with our more well-rounded solution for clients
