Jen Hamilton | Co-Founder & CEO

JenJen is passionate about collaboration and achieving new levels of success that one simply can’t do alone. Jen’s clients rely on her not only as a nationally-recognized training professional but as a trusted advisor who can introduce them to other reputable professionals to address broad range of business needs. She loves to be a catalyst for others to grow their consulting practice and themselves as professionals. As Co-Founder and CEO of Consultant Allies, she works relentlessly to empower independent consultants and small firms to take their practice to new heights. Jen is also an inactive CPA and holds a BA from UC Santa Barbara.
 

Olivier Muyshondt | Co-Founder

Olivier Muyshondt is a seasoned management consultant with more than 15 years of experience working at both large consultancies and in his own practice. Olivier started his consulting career at Deloitte and held senior roles at EY and The Hackett Group before building his own consulting practice, Wave 3 Consultants. Olivier is a passionate proponent of independent consulting who believes that collaboration is key to successfully building a practice and serving clients. Olivier holds a BA from UC Irvine and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Darren is nationally recognized sales training professional and President of Enrich Sales. Throughout his career, Darren has successfully trained hundreds of lawyers, engineers, accountants, and other professional service professionals on how to cultivate client relationships and enhance client development. Darren is a frequent keynote speaker on topics such as sales development, leadership, customer service, teambuilding, diversity, disability, and how to build and effective sales team. Darren holds a BA from Emerson College and a MA from Ohio State University.
 

Mariam Huss | Midwest Community Leader

Mariam Huss is an organizational effectiveness leader and founder of Axxum Consulting, which prides itself on providing clients with a flexible approach to consulting and the tools needed for sustainable change. Mariam has more than 15 years of consulting experience serving clients in North America and Europe on change management, organization design, communications, and training initiatives. Prior to building her own consulting practice, Mariam worked for EY, KPMG, IBM, and The Hackett Group.

Ron Higgs | Seattle Community Leader

Ron Higgs is a management consultant with over 20 years’ experience in Engineering Management, Operations Management, and Program Management in the Aerospace and Defense industry. As an independent consultant, Ron works with clients in several industries from startups to large corporations on leadership, organizational development, strategic planning, program management, and continuous improvement in the achievement of their business goals.

Ron is a veteran of the US Navy and served as a Naval Flight Officer and Program Management & Acquisition Professional. He holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy, a certification in Engineering Flight Test from the United States Naval Test Pilot School, and an MS in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Van Lai-DuMone | Los Angeles Community Leader

Van helps businesses discover and utilize creativity at every level of their organization, because creativity is the seed of innovation. As founder and CEO of Worksmart, she works with HR professionals to supplement their training programs and works with teams in transition to develop team trust, communication and collaboration during times of change. In addition to his operating expertise, Andy brings 10 years of sell-side and buy-side M&A experience. Andy has dramatically increased the financial performance of companies that were facing imminent financial collapse, creating millions of dollars in equity value. Andy received his M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and his B.A. from Claremont McKenna.

Robert has led marketing, sales and social media for B2B and B2C companies from both the corporate and agency sides.
